Current website status

The website is currently an informational and development-stage site. Public accounts, subscriptions, paid curriculum, and other interactive services may be added later under updated terms.

Private YouTube Intelligence application

Jay Rice YouTube Intelligence System v3 is a private desktop application used by its owner for authorized analysis of the owner's YouTube channels. It is not presently offered to the general public as a software service.

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using features that access YouTube API Services, an authorized user also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Authorized access

Only YouTube channels that the account owner explicitly authorizes may be connected. Users must not attempt to access another person's private account or data without permission.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Website and application features may change, be unavailable, or be interrupted by maintenance, development work, third-party API changes, internet outages, or other technical conditions.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, original text, curriculum, teaching materials, software, graphics, and other original content published by Jay Rice Author remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party services and content retain their respective ownership and terms.

Future paid services

Before paid subscriptions, courses, or other commercial services are opened to the public, these terms will be expanded to explain billing, cancellation, account access, refunds where applicable, and other relevant conditions.

Privacy

Use of this website and related applications is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website and applications develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
